Lalit Mohan Mathur
Lalit is the founder and one of the promoters of Wipe Hotwire India Thermal Equipments PVT Ltd. He has the futuristic vision and has been the guiding light for Wipe Hotwire since its inception. With his 48 years of professional experience in design and manufacturing, he continues to drive innovation in products and automation in production.
He has worked with renowned companies like TATA Power, KELTRON, UPTRON, Calcom Electronics and Garg Associates. He has done B.Sc(Hons.), BE(Electronics), EDP; Jamnalal Bajaj Inst.of Management.

Satish Mohan
Satish has been serving on the Wipe Hotwire Board for 10 years. He is also a personal advisor to the Managing Director, assists with executive hirings, and guides the Finance and IT functions. He has 47 years of professional experience with companies like Deloitte, Honeywell, Firestone and more.
During his career, he has guided a wide range of Canadian, U.S. and International clients, from SMEs to global Fortune 100 Companies. He is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in Mechanical Engineering and has a Masters’ degree in Business Administration from the University of Toronto.
