UL 3289 wire is a cost-effective cross-linked polymeric insulation wire with UL and CSA ratings for 150°C and 600 volts. UL 3289 wire possesses excellent mechanical and electrical properties. UL 3289 wire is known for its unparalleled thermal stability, toughness and abrasion resistance. It is compatible with all magnet wire and most varnishes. UL 3289 wire processes are very well on automated high-speed cut and strip equipment. UL 3289 wire is often used in appliances, transformers, motors, lighting, electrical heating, and cooking equipment. 3289 wire insulation also possesses outstanding resistance to abrasion, deformation, cut-through and chemical attack.
